Terms and Conditions

All items are handmade to order. We aim to dispatch within 2-3 working days, although this may be longer at busy times. You will be notified by email once we have dispatched your goods, which will be carefully packed to reach you in perfect condition.

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a full refund within 7 days from receipt, to Noteworthy Cards, 27 Tanhouse Road, Oxted, Surrey, RH8 9PE. You must pay the return postage and obtain a proof of posting certificate. Please email us at [email protected] to alert us, including a brief note as to the reason for its return. We regret that cards which have been personalised to order are excluded from this returns policy (unless faulty) as they are unable to be resold. This does not affect your statutory rights.

We accept payment via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to use this service, and we can accept all major credit and debit cards. PayPal is a secure server, and we have no access to your payment details.

Please ensure any Personalisation details are correct as we cannot accept responsibility for mistakes made by you. We will, however, accommodate any changes you wish to make within 4 hours of your order being placed.

We take your privacy as seriously as our own, and would never pass on any of your details to a third party. We may from time to time, send you details of special offers or new products via email. Please email the address above if you would prefer not to receive such mailings.

All designs and photographs remain copyright to Noteworthy Cards and may not be reproduced in part or whole without our permission.
